Welcome to Siddhii Jobs (the “Platform”), operated from Samarth Bungalow 13th, Kalol, Gujarat - 382721, India. By accessing, browsing, registering an account or using any feature of this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Siddhii Jobs.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access most features of Siddhii Jobs, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Use only one account per person or entity (companies may have multiple authorized users with admin approval).
• Not share your account credentials with third parties.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you register as a Candidate, you agree that you will:

• Provide truthful information about your education, experience and skills.
• Not submit false, misleading or plagiarized resumes.
• Apply only for jobs for which you genuinely meet the requirements.
• Not use the Platform to solicit business or send spam to employers.
• Respect interview schedules and communicate professionally with employers.
• Not request or accept any payment in exchange for applying to or securing a job.

Siddhii Jobs is a platform to connect job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee employment and are not a party to any employment relationship that may result from use of the Platform.

If you register as a Company, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate business information including valid GST and contact details.
• Post only genuine job openings with accurate descriptions, salaries and requirements.
• Not post jobs that discriminate based on religion, caste, gender, age or other protected characteristics (where prohibited by law).
• Not charge candidates any fee for applying to or being considered for a job.
• Respect candidate privacy and use resume information only for recruitment purposes.
• Adhere to your subscription plan limits (job posts, CV downloads, featured jobs).
• Comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

All job postings are subject to review by our admin team before going live. We reserve the right to reject, modify or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

The Vighyapan section allows classified ads for real estate, vehicles, services, electronics, matrimonial, community and more. Ad posting is restricted to administrators only. Users browsing the section agree that:

• Ads are posted by independent sellers and not by Siddhii Jobs unless explicitly stated.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of items or services advertised.
• You should exercise due diligence before making any payment or sharing personal information with advertisers.
• Transactions occur directly between you and the advertiser — Siddhii Jobs is not a party to such transactions.
• We may remove any ad that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.

Safety Tip: Never pay advance money to unknown advertisers. Always inspect items in person before purchase and meet in safe, public locations.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive content.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Uploading viruses, malware or any malicious code to the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems or other users' accounts.
• Scraping, harvesting or collecting email addresses or other user data by automated means.
• Using the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful or violates intellectual property rights.
• Soliciting or offering illegal goods, services or activities.
• Circumventing subscription limits through fake accounts or other means.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, content removal and possible legal action.

The Platform, including its logo, design, text, graphics, software and all other content (excluding user-generated content), is the property of Siddhii Jobs and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, ads, messages). By submitting content, you grant Siddhii Jobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating our services.

7.2 Trademarks

The “Siddhii Jobs” name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of Siddhii Jobs. You may not use them without prior written permission.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• That the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
• That job postings, resumes or classified ads are accurate, complete or reliable.
• That employers will respond to applications or that candidates will be hired.
• That transactions initiated through Vighyapan will be completed satisfactorily.

You use the Platform at your own risk. We do not endorse any user, employer, advertiser or content on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siddhii Jobs, its directors, employees, partners or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill.
• Damages resulting from your inability to access or use the Platform.
• Actions or omissions of other users, including employers, candidates or advertisers.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any transaction or relationship formed through the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Siddhii Jobs in the preceding 12 months, or ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees), whichever is greater.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
• We are required to do so by law or legal process.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalol, Gujarat, India.
