1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Siddhii Jobs (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including candidates, companies, and visitors.

Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Siddhii Jobs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Job Postings and Applications

Companies posting jobs must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Job postings must comply with applicable labor laws and regulations. Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to reject or remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Candidates applying for jobs must provide genuine information and must not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or skills. Submitting fraudulent applications may result in permanent account termination.

Siddhii Jobs acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the accuracy of job postings, the suitability of candidates, or the outcome of the recruitment process. We are not a party to any employment agreement between candidates and companies.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the platform: posting fraudulent or misleading job listings or classified ads, using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts or our systems, transmitting any viruses or malicious code, collecting personal information of other users without consent, and posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and Siddhii Jobs may take legal action where necessary.

5. Vighyapan (Classified Ads)

Users posting classified ads on the Vighyapan section are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their advertisements. Siddhii Jobs does not verify the accuracy of claims made in classified ads and is not responsible for any transactions between users.

All classified ads are subject to admin approval before being published. Ads that violate these terms or applicable laws will be rejected. Users must not post ads for illegal products or services, counterfeit goods, or any content that is prohibited by Indian law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Siddhii Jobs platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Siddhii Jobs or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without our express written permission.

By posting content on the platform, you grant Siddhii Jobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

7. Payments and Refunds

Certain premium features and subscription plans require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. For detailed refund terms, please refer to our Refund Policy. Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Siddhii Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
