1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Siddhii Jobs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • **"Platform"** means Siddhii Jobs website and all its services
  • **"User"** means any individual who accesses the Platform
  • **"Candidate"** means a User registered as a job seeker
  • **"Company"** means a User registered as an employer or recruiter
  • **"Content"** means jobs, classified ads, profiles, resumes and any other material posted

    • 3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to register
  • One person may not create multiple accounts

    • 4. User Conduct

    Users agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or other information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems
  • Post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or entity

    • 5. Job Postings (Companies)

  • Companies are responsible for the accuracy of job postings
  • Job postings must not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, etc.
  • Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to remove any job posting without notice
  • Companies must have legal authorization to hire in the location mentioned

    • 6. Classified Ads (Vighyapan)

  • Ads must accurately describe the items or services offered
  • Illegal items, prohibited goods, and fraudulent listings are not allowed
  • Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to remove any ad at its discretion
  • Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

    • 7. Privacy

    Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data handling practices.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Siddhii Jobs is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Job postings or ads that are inaccurate or misleading
  • Interactions between users (companies, candidates, advertisers)

    • 9. Subscription and Payments

  • Premium features may require subscription fees
  • All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly/yearly and auto-renew unless cancelled

    • 10. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform (logos, designs, software, text) is the property of Siddhii Jobs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Users may close their account at any time.

    12. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

    13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
