Siddhii Jobs was born in 2024 from a simple observation: while millions of skilled Indians searched for meaningful work, thousands of companies struggled to find the right talent. The market was fragmented, opaque, and slow.
We set out to build a platform that would change this — one that would put transparency, trust, and ease-of-use first. Today, Siddhii Jobs combines a powerful job portal with Vighyapan, our classified ads marketplace, to serve both career seekers and everyday India.
From a small team in Kalol, Gujarat, we've grown to serve users across the country — connecting employers, candidates, buyers, and sellers in a single, vibrant ecosystem.
