Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for paid services.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on Siddhii Jobs including subscriptions, featured listings, urgent tags, and ad boosts.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Plans

  • **Refundable**: Within 7 days of purchase if no premium features have been used (no jobs posted beyond free limit, no featured listings created)
  • **Non-refundable**: After 7 days OR if premium features have been used

    • Yearly Plans

  • **Refundable**: Within 14 days of purchase, pro-rated based on usage
  • **Non-refundable**: After 14 days

    • Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • Subscription remains active until end of paid period
  • No auto-renewal after cancellation

    • 3. Featured Job Listings

  • **Before approval**: Full refund if job is not yet approved
  • **After approval**: Non-refundable (your job is already visible)
  • **Rejected by admin**: Full refund automatically processed

    • 4. Urgent Tags & Spotlights

  • **Before job approval**: Full refund
  • **After job is live**: Non-refundable

    • 5. Classified Ad Boosts

  • **Before ad approval**: Full refund
  • **After ad is live**: Non-refundable
  • **Ad removed for policy violation**: No refund

    • 6. Refund Process

    1. Email us at refunds@siddhiijobs.in with your order ID and reason

    2. Refund request reviewed within 5 business days

    3. Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method

    4. You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

    7. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Services already fully utilized
  • Account suspensions due to policy violations
  • Change of mind after service activation
  • Featured listings/boosts that have been displayed
  • Subscription periods already passed

    • 8. Chargebacks

    Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We'll work with you to resolve any issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

    9. Exceptions

    We may offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Service outage preventing use for extended period
  • Billing errors caused by our system
  • Accidental duplicate charges
