This policy applies to all paid services offered by Siddhii Jobs, including premium job postings, subscription plans for companies, highlighted ads in the Vighyapan section, and any other paid features available on the platform. By using our paid services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount.
- Service Not Delivered: If a paid service was not activated or delivered within 48 hours of payment, you may request a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If a platform-wide technical issue prevents you from accessing a paid feature for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you notice charges on your account that you did not authorize, you can report them immediately for a full refund.
- Account Closure: If you choose to close your account within 7 days of purchasing a subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase or the date the issue occurred, whichever is later. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Email us at info@siddhiijobs.in with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name/Company Name]". Include your registered email, transaction ID or payment reference, and a clear description of the reason for the refund.
- Review: Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you for additional information or documentation to process your claim.
- Approval/Rejection: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request along with the reason for our decision.
- Processing: Upon approval, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed successfully.

4. Refund Timeline
The refund processing timeline varies depending on the payment method used:

7–10 business days after approval
Net Banking
7–10 business days after approval
Wallets
3–5 business days after approval
Please note that the actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider. Siddhii Jobs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for a refund:
- Used Services: Any paid service that has been fully utilized, such as job postings that have been published and received applications.
- Subscription Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals that were not cancelled before the renewal date, unless there is a technical issue with the renewal process.
- Promotional or Discounted Plans: Services purchased through promotional offers, discount codes, or special deals are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered.
- Account Violations: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided for any remaining service period.
- Voluntary Downgrade: Downgrading from a premium plan to a free plan does not qualify for a refund of the remaining premium period.
- Bulk Job Posting Credits: Unused job posting credits from bulk packages that have been purchased more than 7 days ago.
Siddhii Jobs reserves the right to modify this list at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
